This is a copy of the complaint that my friend filed just last week after he was charged $132 by Dr. Mustafa Saleh for a neutering procedure for which his written estimate showed a charge of only $77.
On top of that, the itemized meds, which sell at every single online retailer in the world for about three dollars, maybe four dollars at the very most, came to $70.25.
